Hi my name is Jovian Hernandez I'm 20 years old and I'm from Denver, Colorado.
I've been exercising my whole life but only the past four years have I been in the gym
and I can say that is where I have made most progress.
I love the way working out makes me feel and I want share this feeling with others.
Not only does working out provide me with an euphoric feeling but it benefits my overall health.
